Session 4 — Decision-making under uncertainty: How to evaluate AI-generated output, manage trade-offs, avoid blind trust and maintain quality in high-speed environments. Session 5 — Positioning yourself for the future: We define your growth path (Senior → Staff / Lead), what skills to build next and how to stay relevant in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
