Soy Andrés Felipe Vargas, Lead Software Engineer y profesor en el Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Durante más de 7 años he trabajado en empresas como Intel, Walmart, Wind River y Align Technology, liderando arquitectura de sistemas, DevOps en la nube y equipos de ingeniería en iniciativas de principio a fin. Pero lo que realmente ha definido mi carrera no es la tecnología. Es aprender a convertir complejidad en claridad. He trabajado llevando problemas técnicos profundos hasta decisiones estratégicas a nivel ejecutivo. Y con el tiempo entendí que esa habilidad es lo que separa a un buen ingeniero… de alguien que lidera.
