I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of delivery leadership and operational scale — building the kind of systems, teams, and governance frameworks that turn organizational complexity into consistent, measurable results. Most recently, I led the full market entry of a U.S.-based enterprise tech company into Costa Rica: from free trade zone registration and legal incorporation to payroll, banking, vendor contracts, and office setup — while simultaneously managing delivery governance for strategic client accounts. That dual focus — building the engine while keeping the plane in the air — is where I do my best work. Before that, I spent 8 years as Senior Delivery Director at Growth Acceleration Partners, where I led nearshore delivery teams across the U.S. and LATAM serving SaaS, FinTech, and healthcare enterprises. I built delivery governance frameworks from scratch, drove strategic account growth through executive client engagement, and scaled a LATAM delivery organization that sustained 80%+ client retention over nearly a decade.
