Gonzalo Chacon

With over 14 years of work experience, I am a senior project program manager at UST, a leading digital transformation company. I have an MBA in finance, a Scrum Master certification, and a passion for blockchain, API, and REACT technologies. My mission is to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, while managing complex and dynamic projects with agility and efficiency. I value collaboration, innovation, and diversity, and I bring a global perspective and a bilingual proficiency to our team. Currently, I am running 250 parallel migrations for end of life legacy software, working with clients to update their endpoints and ensure connectivity. I work with teams across the UK, India, EU, and Asia, using JIRA and other Atlassian products to produce dashboards, roadmaps, plans, and documentation. I balance business needs versus technical capabilities, assess the impact on project due dates and deliverables, and run standup and workgroup meetings. I also possess the technical ability to understand and communicate with developers and engineers on API, blockchain, polygon, secure agents, and REACT issues. I have successfully contributed to several blockchain projects, applying my analytical skills and financial knowledge.
