I’m a Talent Acquisition professional who has grown by building things from the ground up — processes, teams, and careers, including my own. My journey started in recruitment operations and evolved into partnering with hiring leaders, compensation, legal, and HR teams across regions, giving me a deep appreciation for how people, systems, and business realities intersect. What defines my career is not just what I’ve done, but how I’ve done it: with empathy, structure, and a strong focus on fairness and candidate experience. I’ve been the first recruiter in a new region, navigated global compliance and compensation challenges, standardized complex hiring processes, and advocated for transparency and market equity — often while balancing speed, leadership expectations, and cultural nuance. As a mentor, I focus on helping others move from execution to influence. I’m particularly passionate about mentoring professionals who: Are early to mid-career in Talent Acquisition, HR, or TA Operations Want to transition from coordinator/operations roles into strategic partner or recruiter roles Are navigating career growth, promotions, or compensation conversations Work in global or regional roles and want to understand compliance, stakeholder management, and process design Feel technically strong but want to build confidence, visibility, and leadership presence My mentoring style is practical, honest, and supportive. I don’t believe in generic advice — I believe in context. We’ll work through real scenarios: promotion cases, stakeholder challenges, messy processes, difficult conversations, and moments of self-doubt that don’t always get talked about.
