You consistently share your knowledge and values with the goal of supporting each person's professional development. I also admire your determination and your sincere desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Your willingness to give back and help others succeed is truly inspiring.

Nicole is fantastic to work with and would be an asset to any company. She is quick to figure out how complex systems work and can easily conceptualize how customers will use technical solutions to bring value to the business. While working to design and develop a new cloud platform, she was able to understand stories conceived by business leaders and translate them in conversations with the development team with ease. She was always willing to answer challenging questions in meetings and was willing to voice the concerns when necessary. Also, no matter the role Nicole was in, she kept a keen eye on the quality of the product being delivered, and even flexed to help organize test plans and report bugs - that nobody else had found - to improve he quality of the product experience. Finally, Nicole was a pleasure to work with and kind to everyone on the team even when the team was under pressure to deliver.

I loved working with Nicole on a digital development project for a strategic customer. She proved to be an incredible team player, relentless in the search for the AI solution we were looking for, as well as going far beyond her scope trying to understand the business pains that we were trying to solve to bring ideas and solutions to the project.

Nicole and myself worked together since almost one year and a half, where we were developing the UI and the front-end technologies for the connected features of our Wind River Studio Developers product: the Digital Feedback Loop (IoT telemetry and device management) and the OTA Update systems. She is an excellent developer and leader, and had driven the front-end team with great precision and diligence. She could provide to our team efficient and well organized user interface while successfully collaborating with an highly diversified set of teams ranging from developers, to UX engineers, to architects, to management. Nicole is the team member you don't want to miss and I highly recommend her as a member of your team.

Nicole es una persona muy apasionada en su área de trabajo, a ella le gusta ir más allá en la solución de los problemas que se le presenten, entendiendo a fondo la situación. Me encantó trabajar con Nicole durante el último año en Coca-Cola, es una persona muy ordenada, le gusta aprender y probarse asi misma que no tiene límites, le encanta llevar un control de sus cosas por lo cual es una persona que siempre tiene todo pendiente y está muy enfocada en lo que está haciendo para cumplir sus objetivos. Personalmente me habría gustado tener más interacciones con ella ya que siempre transmite una vibra positiva y está siempre atenta para ayudar a los demás.
